Full member of the National Academy of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Argentinean head of Bilateral e Argentine-Chinese Center for Science and Food Technology. External member of PEDECIBA Program at the University of the Republic of Uruguay. Author of 271 papers in international refereed journals and 14 book chapters. Director of 49 Ph.D. Theses. During her career she has received numerous personal awards and for work done by her research group.
