The renewal of the 6-member Board – IAP’s highest decision-making body – along with updates to other leadership roles and an expanded global membership, mark a new chapter for the global network of academies. As IANAS, we would like to highlight the election of Helena B. Nader, current IANAS Co-chair, to be part of IAP’s Board.

The members elected to the Board are:

· Stephanie Burton (South Africa) – re-elected for a second term

· Marileen Dogterom (Netherlands)

· Peggy Hamburg (USA) – re-elected for a second term

· Helena Bonciani Nader (Brazil)

· Gianfranco Pacchioni (Italy) – re-elected for a second term
