The Women for Science program of IANAS organized a series of monthly conferences “Mujeres que cuentan su ciencia” (Women Who Share Their Science) given by female scientists from countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Next Wednesday, November 19, at 1 p.m. (Colombia GMT-5) will take place the last edition of the year of the Women Who Share Their Science conference series. On this occasion, Prof. Yenny Hernández, a Physicist and Proffessor at Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, will give a lecture entitled New quantum phenomena in liquid-phase exfoliated materials.
